Information For Artists
General
The new venue for the 2012 Art Show is the Hawthorn Town Hall in Burwood Road, Hawthorn which is a great venue and part of the developing Hawthorn Arts Precinct and we believe will complement the great works that we are priviledged to hang.
However the Hawthorn Town Hall is smaller than our previous venues which will limit the total number of paintings that we can accept and display. As no spare storage is available at the Venue all paintings invited and delivered will be hung. This will ensure that no Artist will be disappointed re the non display of their works
To ensure this works, it is necessary that some innovative procedures be introduced to enable a fair and eqitable selection process to occur.
